Country Cookin maintains a retirement program for the benefit of all employees. This program is to encourage long term relationships between Country Cookin and its employees, and to provide for the employees' security.

Willie Jenkins Memorial Scholarship Program

Country Cookin has established a Scholarship Program in memory of Willie Jenkins, a district manager who passed away in 1996 from cancer. Each year, we raise money through our Christmas Fundraiser and fall Golf Tournament to help deserving employees further their education.

Scholarships

Health Insurance

Health Insurance is available through Anthem, Country Cookin's group health insurance carrier. 
Employees who have been employed at least 90 days, and who work 35 hours per week
 are eligible to participate.  Premiums will be deducted from your payroll check.
 

 You must apply within 30 days of eligibility or wait until the next open enrollment dates (March 1-31) to participate.
Check with your Manager for more information.

Bring a Friend to Work

You can earn $100 if you encourage a friend to join the Country Cookin team!  Both you and your friend must work at least 20 hours per week and be employed at least 6 months.

Student Incentive Bonus

Are you a good student?  Earn $50 for your
good grades.  To be eligible, you must be a
full time student, average at least 15 hours per week,
 and maintain a 3.0 GPA.

You must apply no later than 60 days after your friend's six month anniversary date.
Ask you Manager for details.

Grading periods are 9/1-12/31 & 1/1-6/1.  Submit a copy of your report card to your Manager within 30 days to be eligible.
